If you need to cancel within the month sadly we can not refund you but you can receive credit for the full value towards a future date up until 1 week before the workshop or course begins.

If for any reason Felty Bee Crafts has to cancel a workshop you will have the choice of moving your booking to a different workshop or having a full refund.

Yes. There is a dedicated toilet and washbasin attached to the craft room which can be accessed at any time.
  • Is there wheelchair access?

  • Does it matter if I haven’t done it before?
Not at all. Our workshops are designed for complete beginners or those looking to develop existing skills. All are welcome.
  • What happens if I don’t finish my make before the end of the workshop?
If you are close to finishing you are welcome to stay beyond the finish time to complete your make. Alternatively we will provide you with enough materials to finish your creation in your own time at home.
  • What covid safety measures will be in place?
We have carefully chosen to limit the number of participants to a maximum of 8 to ensure there is plenty of space within the craft room. The Craft Room will remain ventilated at all times to ensure there is plenty of fresh air. All tools will be thoroughly cleaned before and after use. Hand sanitiser will be available in the room and handwashing facilities in the attached bathroom. We will cancel the course if we develop COVID-19 and will be reminding all participants to follow the latest NHS advice on what action you should take if you develop any of these symptoms.
