Spring has Sprung

This week we thought we would talk a little about the changing of the season and how our workshops are inspired by what is going on in the natural world. We both love to take what we see in nature and incorporate it in our crafts, usually with a slightly whimsical twist.

It’s so lovely to see that the crocuses and daffodils are popping up all over the garden and that when the sun shows its face it has some real warmth to it. I even managed to dry some washing outside the other day!!

It’s that feeling of new beginnings that has got us excited for the courses that we have coming up over the next few weeks. The Craft Room is ready to receive our new groups and the themes of the workshops are bursting with the feeling of Spring. Lots of bright colours, friendly little bug buddies and sounds of the sea.

We also can’t wait to meet the new crafters booked into the workshops and welcoming back a few returning makers.

There is always such a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, and we enjoy ourselves every bit as much as the participants. There is nothing better than crafting, tea and lots of chatter.

As my son loves to say, “Spring has Sprung” and we are ready for the start to the new crafting season. If you would like to make a new crafty start to the season pop over to our COURSES tab to book your place on one of our workshops for Spring 2022.

Goodbye for now and we will be back next week x
